- 1 spoonful of tapioca pearls (brown sugar works best)
- 2 teaspoons of brewed Assam tea
- 2 tablespoons of marula cream liqueur
- 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- Place the tapioca pearls in the bottom of a shot glass.
- Add the Assam tea and the marula cream liqueur.
- Spoon some heavy cream over the top.
- Sprinkle on chopped nuts for a garnish, and enjoy!
Notes
Toasted almonds go well with marula cream liqueur, but you can use any nut you prefer.
Dip the rim of the shot glass in honey and roll it in the chopped nuts or shredded coconut for a more aesthetically-pleasing shot.
