Description
This recipe combines the brightness of fruit with the floral tones of jasmine tea and the warmth of whiskey. It’s a great cocktail to serve at your next get-together.
Ingredients

- 2–3 tbsp white sugar or another soluble sweetener
- 1 lime wedge
- Ice cubes
- 4 tbsp whiskey
- 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur
- 1 tsp black raspberry powder (mixed with water according to the package)
- 2 tbsp brewed jasmine tea
- 1/4 cup raspberry popping boba
Instructions
- Scatter sugar on a plate.
- Rub a lime wedge across the rim of the martini glass. Place the rim of the glass in the sugar and turn until the rim is coated in sugar.
- Place 1 handful of ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Add whiskey, raspberry liqueur, tea, and reconstituted black raspberry powder.
- Place the lid on a shake for 30 seconds.
- Place the popping boba into the prepared martini glass. Strain the shaker contents into the glass. Enjoy!
Notes
Add a dash of lemon juice for a hint of acidity.
Add 1/4 tsp of black or pink edible glitter to the shaker if desired.
Substitute 1/2 tsp of black raspberry extract for the powder above.
Because it is served in a martini glass, a boba straw is not typically required.
